We have trained exclusive drivers for "Premium Taxi" by conducting a wide range of training sessions, including customer service. Only drivers who have taken the course are qualified as exclusive drivers. The uniform is a suit based on black, and a tie inspired by the five-color kenjo pattern of Hakata-ori. It has a classy design. We provide high-quality service to all kinds of customers, including local Fukuoka residents as well as those visiting Fukuoka for sightseeing or business.
In November 2009, we started "Premium Taxi" with the aim of providing a service that is a step higher than conventional taxis. This "Premium Taxi" was created by the Fukuoka City Taxi Association in collaboration with the Hakata Oricraft Industry Association, based on the concept of creating a taxi unique to Fukuoka that would not only improve taxi service but also promote local traditional culture. It was planned. "Premium Taxi", whose drivers provide "hospitality" unique to Fukuoka in vehicles decorated with traditional Hakata-ori patterns, goes beyond simply providing a sense of luxury and higher-grade customer service;・A taxi that conveys culture and can only be ridden in Fukuoka. This project aims to create memorable taxis that will serve as a pleasant means of transportation for special occasions for local residents, and as the "face of Fukuoka" for visitors to Fukuoka. In collaboration with the Hakata Ori Industry Association, the premium taxis are designed with a motif of the five-colored presentation of Hakata Ori. The colors of virtue (purple), benignity (blue), religiousness (red), shin (yellow), and wisdom (dark blue) are arranged on each car body, creating an elegant and beautiful design.
